Hi! I'm Laurie; photographer, mother, dreamer, hopeless romantic, artist and eternal optimist.  My photography journey started out as many others in that I was a mom with a camera.  My love for capturing those fleeting moments became more than a hobby.  In 2007 I started by joining Professional Photographers of America and entering in print competitions and taking classes to master my craft.

From 2007-2017 I had a successful business in the Rio Grande Valley, but when we moved I decided to take a hiatus from photography.  My passion and love only grew as I ventured into food, product and fine art photography for myself.  With museum and art galleries as my inspiration I have reworked my business to offer fine art portraits for my clients.  Making your loved ones, your children, the heirloom art for your home.

I'm a little addicted to books, not just reading them, but owning them.

Unsolved mysteries and reality tv shows are my guilty viewing pleasure.

I love to travel!  A road trip, whether for a day or several, fills my soul.

Family is the most important thing to me.  Nothing more to say!
